Ritratto Kerstin Duemmler

Kerstin Duemmler is a sociologist and holds a doctorate in humanities and social sciences. At SFUVET she works as a Senior Lecturer in Sociology in the MSc for Vocational Education and Training and as a Senior Researcher in the research field of Occupational Identity and Diversity. Her areas of interest are occupational identity development, working and training conditions of apprentices, social inequality, migration and gender. She has many years of experience in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and in transferring research findings into practice.
